Q: Do you do custom eyes?
A: Yes, time permitting. See the page on our store regarding ordering your own custom eyes.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes. For all orders over $60 shipping is free, otherwise it is $5 regardless of how many items you have (excluding dolls, of course!)
Q: What size can you eyes in?
A: Our eyes (which are hand-poured resin) are available in 10 mm to 20 mm in diameter.
Q: Do you do custom outfits? Commissioned clothes and dolls?
A: Schedule permitting, we are happy to help with custom outfits and create commissioned works.
Q: How often do you release new dolls for sale?
A: It varies depending on the complexity of the dolls we have in the works, though we try to release new dolls once or twice a month.
Q: Do you offer quantity or group order discounts for eyes?
A: Yes, we love group orders!
Order 10 single steampunk eyes (does not include imperfects) or 10 pair of regular eyes = 20% discount
Order 20 single steampunk eyes (does not include imperfects) or 20 pair of regular eyes= 40% discount + free shipping
Order 40 or more as above and receive an additional $25 store credit for the group order organizer + free shipping
